Returns & Exchanges

At Homestuck Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your item isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
